4. Profiles, Posts, Photos, and Member Content

You retain ownership of the original Member Content you create. By uploading or publishing Member Content on GayMen.online, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and promote the GayMen.online service.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except when continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security investigations, legal compliance, or content previously shared by other members.

You confirm that:

Anyone identifiable in your content is an adult and has consented to its publication when consent is required;

5. Public and Private Communications

Content posted to public profiles, groups, feeds, discussions, or chat rooms may be visible to other members and may be copied or shared by them. Do not publish information you do not want others to see.

Private messages are intended for their recipients. However, no online communication system can guarantee complete confidentiality. Recipients may save, copy, screenshot, report, or redistribute messages.

You may not use private messages or real-time chat to send threats, harassment, unwanted sexual communications, spam, scams, malware, or repeated messages after another member has asked you to stop.

6. Adult and Sensitive Content

GayMen.online is an adults-only community, but this does not mean that all content is permitted.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Any content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18;
Nonconsensual intimate images or recordings;
Hidden-camera or secretly recorded sexual content;
Content depicting sexual assault, coercion, exploitation, or trafficking;

7. Member Safety

GayMen.online does not perform comprehensive identity, criminal-history, health, or background checks on every member. We do not guarantee that a member's identity, profile information, photographs, statements, or intentions are accurate.

You are responsible for using reasonable judgment when communicating with other members or arranging an in-person meeting.

For your safety, consider:

Keeping personal financial information private;
Avoiding sending money or financial credentials to other members;
Meeting new people in a public location;
Telling a trusted person where you are going;
Using your own transportation;
Avoiding sharing your home address too quickly; and
Ending communication when another member ignores your boundaries.

Immediately contact emergency services if you believe you or another person is in immediate danger.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, but are not required to, review, monitor, investigate, restrict, hide, remove, or preserve Member Content.

We may take action when we reasonably believe that an account or content:

Violates these Terms of Service;
Creates a safety or security risk;
Interferes with the operation of the website;
Exposes GayMen.online or another person to potential harm or liability;
